Perinatal Support Group

Join this free support group for new and expecting moms!

Build community and connect with other moms. Learn from other moms and invited guests. Grow more confident in motherhood. Evidence based topics will be discussed as well as guest speakers and activities. Babies under one are welcome. 

Location: Waterbury Hosptial, Room 3712 - Classroom B (use the main elevator to the third floor)

When: Every other Thursday & Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
