Richard Holden, MD
Dr. Richard Holden specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Holden received his Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and received the award given by the faculty to the outstanding graduate of his medical school class. Dr. Holden was a chief resident at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Holden joined Associated Women’s Health in 1982 and has been practicing medicine in the Greater Waterbury region for over three decades. Dr. Holden is a past Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Waterbury Hospital. Dr. Holden is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Yale and Quinnipiac. Dr. Holden is married and the father of three children and has two grandchildren.
